Privacy draft
Draft — review required. This notice is prepared for product, privacy, and legal review. It must be completed and approved before publication, indexing, or activation of any parent-level analytics, account, upload, or lead feature.
1. Current flagship page behavior
The current SwipeOS flagship launch candidate is a static informational page. It does not include a submitting form, account registration, analytics, advertising pixels, chat widget, customer upload, payment flow, or parent-level email collection.
2. Links to product experiences
The flagship page may link to separate SwipeOS product experiences. Those destinations may have their own privacy notice and data practices. Review the notice shown on the product you choose before providing information.
3. Technical request information
When a website is published, its hosting and security providers may process ordinary request information such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, timestamp, and security events to deliver and protect the site. The final notice must name applicable providers, purposes, retention, and rights after the production stack is confirmed.
4. Future visualization or contact features
Any future photo upload, address lookup, visualizer job, lead form, email, SMS, partner-routing, territory, account, or analytics feature will require an updated notice that explains the information collected, purpose, sharing, retention, security, and user choices before activation.
5. Children
SwipeOS products are intended for adults evaluating home-service projects or business relationships. The services are not directed to children. The final age and jurisdiction language requires legal review.
6. Choices and rights
The final notice will describe applicable access, correction, deletion, objection, consent, and appeal rights after the data flows and launch jurisdictions are confirmed.
