Launch review document
Terms draft
Draft — review required. These terms are a review framework, not final legal terms. Business identity, governing law, product-specific rules, contact details, and acceptance mechanics must be confirmed before publication or product use.
1. Informational flagship
The current SwipeOS flagship launch candidate explains the platform and identifies product states. It does not itself create an account, accept payment, reserve a territory, submit a lead, or form a contractor or partner agreement.
2. Visualization limits
Visualizations are planning and communication aids. They are not architectural drawings, engineering advice, measurements, material samples, warranties, code approvals, feasibility determinations, price quotes, or guarantees of a finished result.
3. Contractor responsibility
Contractors and service providers remain responsible for site inspection, measurements, scope, materials, permits, safety, pricing, agreements, workmanship, and the completed project. Homeowners should review real samples, specifications, and contracts before authorizing work.
4. Product states
“Live” identifies a public working product. “Working preview” identifies reviewable proof that may still be private, staged, or pending launch verification. “Roadmap” identifies an owned product direction and does not promise availability, features, or a release date.
5. Territory and partner discussions
No territory is represented as reserved, available, exclusive, or sold by this page. Any product, territory, licensing, lead, or partner relationship requires separate review and written terms. Nothing on the flagship page creates exclusivity or a right to leads.
6. Acceptable use
Final terms should prohibit unlawful use, deceptive representations, infringement, harmful uploads, interference with services, unauthorized access, and use of a visualization as a guaranteed outcome. Product-specific acceptable-use details must be added after technical review.
7. Intellectual property
SwipeOS names, visual identity, interface elements, and original site materials are intended to remain protected. Final terms must identify the operating entity, user-content permissions, feedback treatment, and any third-party materials.
8. Disclaimers, liability, and disputes
Warranty disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, termination, governing law, venue, dispute process, and jurisdiction-specific consumer rights require qualified legal review and are intentionally not fabricated here.
9. Contact and effective date
Questions about this draft or SwipeOS can be sent to hello@swipeos.ai. The reserved BathSwipe / TubSwipe launch number is 216-412-2847; phone-answering activation is still being connected. The number does not mean every SwipeOS product is a bath product. The operating entity, effective date, and acceptance process still require review before publication.
